O.o!!!

it's 3:16am now and i'm not asleep yet!!! help me....having insomnia!
Things i need to do:
  1. I need to have a good quality of sleep
  2. I need to settle my Uni application
  3. I need to go shopping
  4. I need to get of my house and go hang out
  5. I need to lose some weight
  6. I need to eat a balance diet
  7. tooooo much needs and too little time to do
