Performances Everywhere

So! Everybody has been busy performing everywhere and hopefully having a good time. Haha.

Went to Wei Yoong mangkuk boys' school SMK Bukit Kemuning to perform because HRB Wushu Centre is opening new class there.

Woke up (grumpily) at about 730 and got ready. Janisse came over then we waited till about 900 then Coach came to fetch us.

Janisse: Actually I'm so lazy to wake up so early.
Me: Me too. But what to do, must show support for Wei Yoong.
Janisse: Yeah. But I don't wanna wake up so early!!
Me: But you're awake now.
Janisse: Yeah, cos if I don't support Wei Yoong, I will get a lot of bad karma.
Me: @@

Oh yeah, did I mention Hui Ping also went to perform? Do you all know who is Hui Ping? The Johor girl la.

The performance was okay. We think the teachers were more excited than the students.

But the thing is, Kota Kemuning has a lot of weirdos!

Today Soon Lau Shi took us, that is, me, Wei Yoong, Hui Ping and Huang Lau Shi to Ampang to do a performance. So far @@

Wei Yoong came over at 430p.m., not morning, okay! Then my dad brought us to Ling Lau Shi's house to wait for Coach Soon. Wei Yoong is not allowed near pillows any more. Do you hear me, boy?? He is a mangkuk. Crazy. @@

So off we went to Bukit Jalil to pick up Coach Huang and then Hui Ping at the train station. Then we went to Ampang to wait for the guy in charge of the performance. ZOMG. Waited so long.

Then, as it turns out, the performance is NOT at Ampang Point Shopping Mall, it is at another lesser-known mall further away. Nooo...

Reached Spectrum Supermarket way too early, so we tested the stage. I swear to you, that stage is like two and a half single beds pushed together. So small!!

OMG. Went over the routine a few times. I was wondering what if one of us is halfway doing the routine than we disappear off the stage??

Coach Soon belanja-ed us A&W. After that, everyone complained that they were too full. *groan* Changed to costume and did stretching. Started at around 745. Supposed to be at 8, but oh well.

Announcer dude:*extreme Chinese accent* Okay! We have amazing Chinese kung fu performance for you this ew-ening, don'tch go away!

We performed for less than 10 minutes!! Each one half set, then did ji ben kong and jumping, still less than 10 minutes!! Woaahhh

The people were like "OOOOOH" and a lot of them took pictures. But get this. The ones taking pictures are all foreigners. I mean as in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar people. HAHAHA

And by the way, we got to see our coaches perform, and MAN THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

And get this even more.

We performed for less than 10 minutes and we each got RM60. O.O

When I worked, I had to work for 2 hours, then I got RM25, okay!

I used the RM60 to pay my exam fees. Luckily I didn't squander it.

Totally not worth it hiring us. Too bad for them, they rugi. Hahaha.

Tomorrow I'm hoping I will get the post as president of SMK SS17 Wushu Club. Wish me luck!
