What: The 1st HRB BBQ Gathering
When: 4th July 2009 (O-oh, say can you see....)
Where: Nat's House. Shall not put any more information here for fear of cyber stalkers.
Who: HRB Wushu Club
How: How what how?
Okay. So yours truly and family began preparing the hall at 5.30pm after training, during which no strong people (*cough* you people *coughcough*) turned up to help toss some chairs and tables around. Very many chairs. But still not enough.
First to appear was Wei Yoong, who waved at me like some VIP from his car. -.- Then I introduced my granny to his granny and they stuck together the whole night. According to Wai Ho, if Jia Jun's grandparents came too, they can open mahjong table.
Anyway. People started showing up and I started running everywhere. Boo. Then Julie came and presented a very interesting plan.
Mission of the day: Throw Coach Wee into the pool.
What really happened: We all ambushed him from all sides. Managed to grab him and we actually lifted him off the ground while he hung on for dear life and handphone to the bench. But we tickled him and he let go. =)
See. Even his girlfriend helped. Then we tried to heave him into the pool, but I don't know what kind of lame excuse he gave then Julie and Rocky let go, whereupon he turned around and grabbed Rocky.
With the help of Julie (traitor), he threw Rocky into the pool instead. Rocky, yelling hard and spitting water, clambered out of the pool to take revenge, only to slip and fall, and slide a short distance while waving his arms like an octopus.
Then in the end Coach Wee (whee!) agreed to just jum in himself, for cryin' out loud. So he stripped off his shirt and pants and went running into the pool in his underwear, with his arm around Rocky. Later on he tied the shirt around his waist. Like a caveman.
One by one, everybody got chucked into the water. Even me. -.- Teacher Mighty HRB did not help. He just grabbed a hold of me and handed me over to those monkeys, whereupon they bore me away cannibal-style and tossed me in without so much as a by-your-leave.
By the way, did I mention HRB The Mighty has booked this place for Chinese New Year??
Maybe we'll be banned.
